Short Devotional Reflection (தியானம்)
Tamil: நமது வாழ்க்கையில் சில நேரங்களில் பாரங்கள் நம்மை மிகவும் அழுத்துகின்றன. நீண்ட ஜெபங்களை ஏறெடுக்கக் கூட நமக்கு வார்த்தைகள் வருவதில்லை. அந்த நேரங்களில், தாவீதைப் போல "ஆண்டவரே, எனக்கு உதவி செய்யத் தீவிரியும்" என்று கதறுவதில் எவ்விதத் தவறுமில்லை. கர்த்தர் உங்கள் அவசரமான ஜெபங்களைக் கேட்கிறவர். அவர் உங்களைக் கைவிடமாட்டார். உங்கள் இருதயம் தொய்ந்துபோகும்போது, அவர் உங்களுக்கு உதவி செய்ய விரைந்து வருவார்.
English: There are times when the pressures of life become so heavy that we don't even have the words for a long, eloquent prayer. In those moments of pure desperation, a simple, urgent cry like David's—"Lord, hurry and help me!"—is enough to move the heart of God. You don't have to hide your panic from Him. Cry out to Him in your distress. He is an ever-present help, and He will make haste to deliver you from your troubles.
Prayer (ஜெபம்): ஆண்டவரே, என் நெருக்கடியான நேரத்தில் எனக்கு உதவி செய்யத் தீவிரியும். என் பிரச்சனைகளிலிருந்து என்னை விடுவித்து, என்னை உயர்ந்த அடைக்கலத்தில் கொண்டுபோய் விடும். / Lord, make haste to help me in my time of deep need. Deliver me from my troubles and lead me to the Rock that is higher than I. In Jesus' name, Amen
