Short Devotional Reflection (தியானம்)
Tamil: நமது வாழ்க்கையில் கடினமான சூழ்நிலைகள் வரும்போது, நம்முடைய வாய் இயல்பாகவே முறுமுறுக்கவும் குறை சொல்லவுமே தொடங்குகிறது. ஆனால், விசுவாசிகள் தங்கள் வாயைக் கர்த்தரைத் துதிக்கவே பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும். தேவனுடைய நன்மைகளையும் அவர் உங்களுக்குச் செய்த இரட்சிப்பையும் நாள்தோறும் அறிக்கை செய்யுங்கள். நீங்கள் கர்த்தரைத் துதிக்கத் தொடங்கும்போது, இருளான சூழ்நிலைகள் மாறி, தெய்வீக வெளிச்சமும் சமாதானமும் உங்கள் வாழ்க்கையை நிரப்பும்.
English: When faced with difficult circumstances, our natural tendency is to complain and talk about how bad things are. However, believers are called to a higher standard: our mouths are meant to be instruments of praise. Make a conscious choice to speak about God's righteousness and salvation all day long. When you shift your words from complaining to praising, the dark atmosphere of your circumstances will change, making way for God's divine light and peace.
Prayer (ஜெபம்): அன்புள்ள ஆண்டவரே, என் வாய் முறுமுறுக்காமல், உமது நன்மைகளை மட்டுமே அறிக்கை செய்ய எனக்கு உதவி செய்யும். இன்று முழுவதும் உமது நீதியையும் இரட்சிப்பையும் என் நாவினால் பாடுவேன். / Loving Lord, help my mouth to stop complaining and to only declare Your goodness. I will sing of Your righteousness and salvation all day long. In Jesus' name, Amen.
